Refund policy

At Luxurious Locks Wigs, we take great care in preparing, inspecting, and packaging each wig before it leaves us. Because wigs are personal-wear items that come into direct contact with the hair and scalp, all wig sales are final for hygiene and sanitary reasons.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, fit, style, length, texture, or if the wig simply does not meet personal expectations.

Once a wig has been shipped to a customer, we cannot guarantee that it has not been worn or tried on. For the health and safety of our customers, we will not resell returned wigs as new.

We encourage you to carefully review all product photos, descriptions, measurements, colors, and details before purchasing. If you have questions about a wig before placing your order, please contact us—we are always happy to help you choose the right piece.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Please do not wear, style, cut, alter, wash, or otherwise modify the wig while your claim is being reviewed.

If we determine that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please Note

Synthetic wigs may experience some initial shedding, and color may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. These characteristics are not considered defects.

Wigs that have been cut, styled, washed, altered, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.
